1. Who we are
FiveBot (“we”, “us”, “our”) operates a Discord bot and associated web dashboard. This policy explains what data we collect, how we use it, and your rights.
2. Data we collect
When you use FiveBot we may collect the following data:
- Your Discord user ID, username, and avatar (obtained via Discord OAuth2 when you log in)
- Discord server (guild) IDs and names for servers you add the bot to
- Configuration data you set through the dashboard (ticket settings, automod rules, applications, etc.)
- Ticket transcripts and application form responses submitted through the bot in your server
- Payment information — processed entirely by Stripe. We do not store card details.
- Session data stored temporarily in cookies for authentication purposes
3. How we use your data
We use your data solely to provide and improve the FiveBot service:
- To authenticate you and display your servers in the dashboard
- To operate the bot features you configure (tickets, automod, applications, etc.)
- To process your subscription payment via Stripe and deliver your licence key
- To send you your licence key and service updates via Discord DM
We do not sell, rent, or share your personal data with third parties for marketing purposes.
4. Data retention
Your configuration and server data is retained for as long as you use the service. Ticket transcripts are stored until deleted by a server administrator. If you cancel your subscription and your licence is revoked, your server configuration data may be retained for up to 90 days before deletion.
You may request deletion of your data at any time by contacting us via our Discord server.
5. Third-party services
We use the following third-party services:
- Discord — for authentication and bot operation. Subject to Discord’s own Privacy Policy.
- Stripe — for payment processing. We do not store any card or payment details. Subject to Stripe’s own Privacy Policy.
6. Cookies
We use a single session cookie to keep you logged in on the dashboard. No tracking or analytics cookies are used.
7. Your rights
You have the right to access, correct, or request deletion of any personal data we hold about you. To exercise these rights, join our support Discord server.
8. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. The latest version will always be available on the FiveBot dashboard. Continued use of the service constitutes acceptance of any changes.
